The book is primarily about the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. from his child years until he passed away in Memphis on April 4, 1968. It talks of how this little black boy questions why he is dealt unlikely by people and desires on eliminating racism between the white people and the alleged Negroes.

Ultimately, the Supreme Court banned racial discrimination in 1956 and both black and white share similar liberties. It closes with King’s memorial after he was murdered at Memphis in April 4, 1968.
